Myc client is looking for an exceptional digital marketing professional to join they're company. An ideal candidate is an experienced B2B digital marketer that thrives on identifying and implementing innovative marketing tactics that drive new customer acquisition. Responsibilities:

Demand Generation - owning generating leads of all types for the business

Plan - a set of multi-step lead generation campaigns from concept to project completion across multiple digital channels

Collaborate - with Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales to develop integrated digital marketing strategies, design optimised web assets, define banner ad placements and integrate social media to drive customer acquisition and penetration

Target - using segmentation strategies based on existing customer behaviors, past program results, and third party data to implement cost effective campaigns in support of acquisition goals

Execute - the end-to-end tactics needed to quickly engage and nurture defined targets across multiple global campaigns

Amplify - core messages into highly targeted segments using paid search, online media, social media, email, and 3rd party channels

Enhance - our online presence online using SEO techniques and best practices across international search engines to increase leads

Analyse - what is working via click-through data, web analytics, conversion statistics to focus sales on the right opportunities

Measure - what is working and establish benchmarks for campaign performance metrics

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years' experience planning and executing B2B digital marketing campaigns that vary in scope and complexity for all sales channels - direct, inside, alliance channels

- Experience developing multi-step, integration

- Proven ability to use and deploy digital resources to drive demand such as SEO, paid search bidding and keyword optimisation, email list testing, online CPC media strategies, landing page optimisation

- Strong analytical skills to assess impact and effectiveness of campaigns to drive focus on the right opportunities and segments for conversion

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to take programs from inception to completion

- Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Eloqua, or Marketo

- Ability to quickly learn and leverage emerging Web-based technologies

- Outstanding writing skills and verbal communication as well as excellent time management skills

- Experience with editing Wordpress content

- Experience working in a small, high growth, global company

- Knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, InDesign, and BI tools a plus
