My client are looking for a Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established agency and work on a variety of different brands from FMCG to beauty and retail.

You will be responsible for overseeing all POS and 3D projects for various brands and multiple retailers; you will liaise with the clients and manage end to end campaigns. You will also be responsible for supporting with client requirements and liaising with external agencies.

To be considered for this role you with have experience within project management, specifically for retail brands; you will also have experience liaising with clients and external agencies as well has overseeing end to end campaigns.

Key Accountabilities
• Manage briefing process between client & agencies
• Checking and approving/declining client briefs
• Managing creative artworking process from brief, through amends to prototyping and final approval, including liaison with manufacturers at all times to ensure artwork is provided according to final production specification
• Procurement of POS, delivering on time, to specification, to quality and to contractual targets
• Understand the client contract and the proposition
• Support clients on a day to day basis with creative and requirements
• Day to day use of Excel for budgeting requirements and data analysis
• Use of MI platforms accurately to obtain quotes and benchmarking info
• Ensure quotes requested are generated within agreed SLA
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers and attend meetings as required
• Ensure site best practice and processes are followed, in conjunction with wider operations group
• Work to operating budget and billing process and support the AM in providing monthly forecasts
• Build relationships with clients and manage perceptions and expectations
• Develop a good understanding of the client's business and industry sector
• Seek out industry developments and product innovations to drive innovation and cost saving initiatives
• Constantly review and revise procedures and processes to ensure the most efficient means of working
• Assist in the management of communication channels - team, client, suppliers and operations
• Manage own time effectively in order to track multiple projects and priorities
• Work in partnership with colleagues and wider teams to achieve common goals
• Take responsibility for own performance and for identifying areas of personal development
• Promote the company culture by living the values
