This is a very rare and very exciting opportunity to join an exciting & growing company. This role will not only give you an insight into they specialised industry, but will develop you professionally by working so closely with the founder and Managing Director.

What you will be required to do:

To have an understanding of the company's operational & finance systems
Maintain regular, consistent and professional attendance, punctuality & personal appearance
Adherence to relevant health & safety procedures
Develop/ build ongoing customer relationships with a "can-do" attitude
Updating / upkeep of stationary & general supplies

Day to day Responsibilities:

Supporting the Managing Director on all aspects of organising & administration
Ensuring to acknowledge incoming enquiries on the same day they come in & deal with them in a fast time period
Telephone and e-mail communications with colleagues clients & suppliers
Support other team members during ad-hoc projects and during specific timed needs of the business

Some finance tasks:
Generic housekeeping tasks - rota creating, updating & distribution
General MD / office duties such as; filing, data entry, deliveries, booking travel arrangements, answering the phone, looking after visitors
Research and information gathering
Document preparation - reports, briefings, correspondence, PowerPoint presentations, etc
Organising meetings & events
Handle all confidential documents and maintain strict confidentiality throughout
